Dr. Cannilla earned his Bachelors of Science in Biology from Penn State University in 1995 and was employed as a Quality Control Microbiologist in Long Island. Upon deciding to pursue a career as a dentist, Dr. Cannilla attended graduate school at Hofstra University and earned his D.M.D at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2003.

Afterwards, Dr. Cannilla completed a year-long residency in general dentistry at Mountainside Hospital, with a focus on cosmetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry, root canals, oral surgery, and implant procedures. Upon graduation, Dr. Cannilla became an attending and mentor at the general practice residency and continues to remain on staff at the hospital. Dr. Cannilla was the recipient for 2009 and 2011 as the Attending of the Year from Mountainside Hospital and for 2011, Dr. Cannilla was a recipient of NJ Family Magazine's Favorite Kids' Docs and NJTopDentist!

Dr. Cannilla had previously spent time performing dentistry in Denville and Hackettstown, as well as Philipsburg, working with developmentally disabled patients. Outside of the office in Montville and Mountainside Hospital, he spends his time with his wife and two daughters. Dr. Cannilla prides himself on learning the latest techniques and dental concepts by attending countless continuing education courses offered by the renowned Pankey Institute in Florida and the Academy of Comprehensive Dental Studies in Mountain Lakes.

The Montille Township Board of Education bestowed Dr. Cannilla the title of School Dentist for the 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 school years. Throughout the school year, Dr. Cannilla visited all the kindergarten classes in Montville to help children understand the importance of good oral hygiene while making it fun! Dr. Cannilla is involved in the community as a participant in preschool dental health week in the month of February and is a member of the Order of the Sons of Italy which provides countless donations and sponsorships to Parsippany and Montville.

Dr. John McNally graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University Dental School. He served two years in the U.S. Army, training in restorative dentistry, root canal therapy, oral surgery, and preventive dentistry. He was the director of the Army Expanded Duty Assistant Program, and received the Army Medal of Commendation for his service. Dr. McNally was also a staff member at St. Clare's Hospital for 14 years where he treated clinic patients and served as a clinic instructor in the Dental Internship Program.

Community involvement is important to Dr. McNally. As a member of the Boonton Board of Health, he serves as a volunteer clinician for the Free Public Health Cancer Screening Clinics throughout Morris County. He is also the director of the Montville Chamber of Commerce. Dr. McNally and his wife, Eileen, have traveled to Jamaica and Haiti to provide the underprivileged people with free dental care. Recognized for his volunteer work overseas, he was inducted in Bayonne's Marist High School's Hall of Fame and was awarded the Distinguished Service Award.

Dr. McNally is a member of the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, and a Fellow of the Academy of Dentistry International.

Dr. McNally and his wife, Eileen, have two sons and three granddaughters.

Beth Graf is our Office Coordinator. She is the heart and soul of our office. With her background of almost 20 years in dentistry, Beth is the perfect person to answer your questions.

Beth is a graduate of Berdan Institute and started her career as a registered dental assistant. Throughout the years , she worked as a receptionist and involved herself with the daily operations of the office.

Beth is the proud mother of two children and has a very supportive husband. Beth enjoys renovating her home and teaching Sunday School at her church.

Andi is a Certified Dental Assistant and our office manager. She is responsible for the efficient and professional management of the Dental Practice. Being a part of Dr McNally's office since 1985 and having over 25 years of experience, she will make certain your visit and experience with us is positive and comfortable.

Nancy joined our team in 2009 and quickly proved herself to be an invaluable asset. Nancy prides herself on great customer service and making sure every patient gets the insurance coverage they are entitled to. From the first moment you meet her you will know that Nancy cares deeply about the health and well being of our patients. When not running the front desk, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her children.

Gina came to our practice with 13 years of experience in public relations. Getting to know our patients is her favorite part of the job and she enjoys using her "people skills" at the front desk. Outside of work, Gina's interest are spending time with her husband and three children, cooking, reading, and volunteering for her children's school and sports activities.

Trish has worked for the office since 2009 and loves caring for her patients. She likes meeting and talking with patients and promoting a positive dental care experience. Trish is most passionate when it comes to pediatric dentistry. Trish is skilled and knowledgeable about dental health at a level that is extremely rare. Her vast periodontal knowledge and abilities have allowed her to help many people become healthy and have hope for a lifetime of good oral health. Trish loves spending time with her family and her adorable puppies.

Danielle's expertise comes from her background as a registered dental and certified dental assistant in addition to being a registered dental hygienist. She graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and holds a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University. Danielle also holds a permit to administer local anesthetic and is a member of the American Hygiene Association. She lives in Little Falls and is devoted to the care and overall health of her patients.

Kelly McMahon provides the care and education to keep your smile healthy for life. Kelly is a graduate of Stockton College and Bergen Community College.

Edie has been our assistant for 5 years. She enjoys interacting with our patients, and helping them achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle through good dental care.

Sarah's knowledge of dentistry is vast and her skills are excellent; receiving her certification in Dental Assisting from Berdan Institute. Patients love her kindness and the ability she has to make you forget where you are. Sarah is a caring professional who will do everything possible to make your visit more comfortable. Sarah has a very strong understanding of esthetic and functional dentistry and is always glad to answer questions.
