	So as not to allow another child change my son's attitude towards his impending visit, due to a tearful child/patient, Dr. C. came to the door and made my son feel comfortable even though those tears were flowing inside with the hygienist (child/patient was just scared - obviously not in pain of any sort). 	Actually, I am quite surprised that I am able to say that a visit to the dentist was wonderful -- because I am one of those "dentist phobic" patients they refer to in dental school! Having said that, I just wanted to say that both Beth and Dr. Cannilla made me feel incredibly relaxed and welcome. I think the best thing (other than the obvious skill of both) was that I was not rushed or hurried in any way. That is very important for the anxious patient who may tend to ramble a bit before letting anyone inside their mouth! Thank you both for taking such patient care of this patient.

	I have been the type of person who has always cared for my teeth. In doing so, I have avoided any painful procedures. Upon hearing that I needed two cavities filled, I became quite anxious. I have always been fearful of novacain. Well, after today's visit...I will no longer become anxious about needing dental work. I felt NOTHING!!! Dr. Cannilla goes out of his way to ensure patients are comfortable and pain free. I would recommend him to anyone.
